Who We Are

Tamara is a marketing professional with over 24 years of leadership in the Christian music business. Bringing her expertise in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, she exceeds client’s goals and objectives, taking results to the next level with expectational service. Much of Tamara’s career has been spent leading marketing efforts for events, products, and brands internationally across multiple organizations with a focus in digital marketing, radio relationships and strategy, storytelling, creative content concepts, sponsorships, and grassroots brand development.

Most recently when serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Ticketing for Transparent Productions, Tamara managed a growing team of 15 while promoting hundreds of shows per year resulting in almost 1 million concert tickets annually. During her time as Vice President of Marketing for Capitol CMG, Tamara led marketing campaigns for the label’s top artists including, NF, Hillsong Worship, Switchfoot, UNITED, Colton Dixon, and Britt Nicole, among others. Additionally, Tamara worked with numerous artists and their teams through event marketing including Maverick City Music, for King & Country, Casting Crowns, CeCe Winans, Phil Wickman, Brandon Lake, Zach Williams, Anne Wilson, and more. Tamara's passion for marketing has helped her client’s achieve career accolades ranging from Billboard #1 albums, to back-to-back #1 Radio singles, to Pollstar charting sold out tours all while implementing new cost saving measures and increased revenues for maximized profits across the board. With a broad range of experience including artist management, music publishing, non-profit partnerships, and radio promotions, Tamara brings a powerful understanding of the CCM ecosphere to her clients. Through innovation and creativity, Tamara uses proven methods and time-tested strategies to effectively build brands for artists, tours, and events.
